S is for stuck...

  S is for STUCK. Ok, made it this far, and just got stuck, now the letters are piling up like a train wreck, and I'm grasping at excuses, it was such a nice day, the rest of the family hogged the computer (yes we have only one with Internet access, and our phones are stupid, not smart), when they got off the computer I was falling asleep -- wah! Usually when I'm stuck, a parade of words go through my head, and suddenly one just seems to shine, and shazam, that becomes the topic.

Besides stuck - yesterday, sunroof shined for me -- 2 kids, 2 dogs, piled into the Buick (new to me, we generally have a more utilitarian type vehicle, but I digress) which has, you got it a sunroof! It was a glorious day, despite being on our way to the vet for spring shots & heart worm testing & actually they don't mind going to the vet, she is nice, and even has treats in her pocket! (I digress more) So, the sun roof is also new to the dogs, first we made it tip up in back, they both sniffed all around, where was that air stream of smells coming from? Later, we opened it right up, (once we figured they wouldn't try to jump out the hole in the roof!) they loved it! Sun streaming in, air swirling around, we even drove by a dairy farm spreading manure on the fields, I think they thought that was nirvana!

Best of all, all the humans and canines were smiling, now picture a cute 55# dog, sitting on a teenager's lap in the front seat, all snuggled in beside him, with her head tipped back, up against his neck, with her nose pointing straight up, sniffing the breeze. While the 15# dog is going from window to window in the back, making the girl giggle, as he momentarily sits in her lap, unable to choose, snuggle, look out the window, or stuck his nose into the open spot of window :-)
